McGinley CEP, McGinley Logistics and First Choice Recruitment have combined on one new website, MCG Construction.
This new combined, repackaged recruitment and logistics sub-contractor solution is the culmination of the expertise gathered from over 17 years in the industry by the two companies.

MCG Construction will retain its two specialist areas: recruitment and construction logistics. The other part of the business will see MCG Construction’s logistics consultants provide effective and innovative logistics planning and implementation services management. Operating using a collaborative working approach to simplify the construction process, the team ensure they deliver the best service through a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
The synergy between the two existing businesses will support the holistic and logical approach to all construction logistics projects, with the aim of raising expectations within the sector and challenging existing conventions where necessary to ensure the greatest possible solutions and delivery.
The launch of MCG Construction forms part of a larger rebrand project involving parent company McGinley Group becoming The MCG Group.
