Mcginley CEP is looking for a candidate to work as a Hire desk Controll in a Project in Central London
The ideal candidate must deal with all plant hire request are processed according to company procedures, Co-ordinating the daily delivery and collection of Plant & equipment, ensure the full regulatory compliance of plant on hire, follow plant breakdown and maintain records, providing accurate information & advice (over both phone & email) to the project and supplier, updating the site list, supplier list, inspection checklist and other plant administrative support, reporting to the plant Hire Manger, Learning and understanding the variety of plants, this will ensure a quality service is met with site, ensuring the payment of suppliers are met before due date, you are responsible for all your orders and invoices, you will need to manage all your invoices from suppliers, making sure invoices are correct before payment, a friendly and confident telephone manner is essential, you must be adaptable and able to pick up new processes and information quickly, you must be able to multitask in busy/difficult situations, experience within a Plant Hire Desk or logistics based role, experience with validating suppliers invoices in SAP or equivalent.
