Job Title - Recruitment Administrator Apprentice

Salary - Apprentice Minimum Wage (Could be more depending on experience) + Team Incentives

Training & Development - McGinley Academy + NVQ Level 2 Recruitment

McGinley CEP is a leading construction recruitment business, specialising in recruiting Commercial and Construction Staff with offices based in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, and London regions. Due to continued success and growth we are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to work within our busy construction team from our Manchester city centre office.

The Role

You will work within a team to provide professional and proactive administration support, to your Line Manager and other recruitment consultants. You will also be placed on a 12-month NVQ Recruitment apprenticeship program. Depending on performance within your first 12 months, you will then be offered a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role including a pay rise and further training and bonus. The role offered would be based on performance within your first 12 months whilst undertaking the apprentice recruitment admin role.

As well as the typical administration duties such as answering the telephone, data entry etc, you will also have the following duties:

  • Updating candidate database
  • References Checks
  • Right To Work
  • Maintaining up to date records of candidates
  • Timesheets
  • Formatting candidate's CV's
  • Creating excel spreadsheet's
  • Uploading job adverts

  • Have a professional attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good level of education and IT literacy Office
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexible with regards to working hours
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team

The Opportunity

We will work with a local training provider putting you through relevant NVQ's depending on what career path you decide to take after your first year. You will have continued support through your line manager and our very own McGinley training academy covering personal development.
