Client-Side Commercial Role - Up to £80,000 p/a plus benefits

Our client is a progressive, fast-growing Commercial Developer with offices across Europe. We have been given a mandate to seek a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant to work on a variety of large-scale developments, typically worth up to £600m each. If you're interested in a "client-side" opportunity in Central London, this could be the opportunity for you!

Our client is a growing name in the UK development market, with multiple sites at varying stages across London (worth anything up to £500m each). Forging their name through the delivery of numerous commercial and mixed use developments, our client views London as a key expansion opportunity and is hoping to acquire at least one (ideally more) significant development before the end of the year. They are now looking to add an experienced QS/Cost Manager to their internal property team and are ideally seeking the following:

  • Significant QS/cost management background.
  • Relevant surveying or construction-related degree.
  • MRICS Chartered would be hugely advantageous.
  • Large scale build project experience, ideally within the commercial sector.
  • Significant pre-contract experience, including estimating, design stage advice, etc.
  • Engaging individual, capable of advising senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Desire to work "client-side"
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
