We are looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer who will be required for a large project in Tipton

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting the business.

The Role will involve:

  • Respond to facilities enquiries, ensuring that contractors and general building enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly. Liaise appropriately with wider Facilities Team

  • The successful customer liaison officer will be joining a team who look after maintenance in social housing

  • You will also be self-motivated and able to plan own workload effectively, as well as work as part of a team that includes the client, managers and administrators to ensure that we achieve maximum compliance.

You will also be expected to have:

  • Experience of working with tenants and dealing with kitchen and bathroom upgrades and other refurbs.
  • High standards of communication between tenants and site managers from start to finish to keep a high standard of work and customer satisfaction
  • Extensive liaison with all stakeholders throughout the cycle of works programmes, whether they be Responsive Day to Day repairs, Out of Hours, Decent Homes, External or special Adaptations
