Site Administrator - Part Time (2-3 days a week)

Location: Luton LU2

Duration: 10 Month Contract

Rate: £9.00 - £15.00 ph DOE

Start Date: Immediately

Do you have construction admin experience? Our client is a leading subcontractor in Basements, RC Frames and Groundworks who are looking for a part time Site Administrator to assist the Project Manager with administration on the project. The ideal person will have some construction experience and have good IT skills. You will be based on site on a new build residential project in Luton.

You will ideally have administration experience and have worked previously on a construction site.

This is a 10 month temporary role paying circa £9.00 - £15.00 ph DOE

Working days/ hours are preferably Wednesday & Thursday or Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm (however this is flexible)

Site Admin Role and Responsibilities:

Ordering PPE

Scanning delivery tickets

Compiling Health & Safety packs

Filing

Ordering stationary & misc. for office

Keeping holiday tracker up to date for office staff

Managing RAMS including the register (and scanning onto shared drive)

Updating the daily diary records

General administration

Site Admin Candidate Requirements:

Administration working for a Construction firm is essential

Good IT Skills

Must be organised and able to prioritise work load

Have strong attention to detail

Be professional and hardworking
