Factory Manager

My Client are a large specialist in Stonework contractor, offering complete interior and exterior stonework service from design to procurement, installation and aftercare. They have a strong reputation in the South of England and over the last 10 years and have some huge projects on their portfolio that are on site now.

This company have a good reputation turning over 10 million last year and have plans for the future to keep growing.

This Factory Manager will be in charge of all of the production in the workshop and report to the Operations Manager.

Duties will include:

* Weekly reporting to the Operations Manager

* Provide technical support to the workshop and to create job orders outlining the BOM (bill of materials) and parts required and final assembly

* Keeping the sub-contractors to programme

* Maintain production schedules and ensuring all work is completed on time

*Ensure a high level of workmanship, to oversee the build of machines and to ensure it meets quality standards and technical specifications

*Managing all health and safety on site

* Training junior staff
