Our client is looking for a Resident liaison Officer / Administrator working on a social housing Electrical Installation scheme in Sheffield.
Duties Include verbally liaising with tenants to complete the pre instalment survey and discuss what work needs carrying out. There will be a high volume of calls as there are usually 80 installs per week to be arranged.
Previous experience as Planner / Scheduler within the Construction or tenanted housing sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates must have good organisational skills and a professional phone manner.
Full training will be provided.
